What this is for Every token you trade can leave behind a Solana token account. When that account is empty, Solflare can close it and return the small SOL rent deposit to your main wallet balance. This is a cleanup action, not a trading profit claim.
  1. Open Solflare Wallet.Use Solflare, not Phantom, for this flow. Open the wallet that you used for trading tokens.
  2. Open the token list manager.Go to your token list or portfolio view, then open Manage token list.
  3. Select Empty accounts.Switch from the Tokens tab to the Empty accounts tab. Solflare will show token accounts that no longer hold token balance.
  4. Review the reclaim amount.Check the SOL amount shown at the bottom, such as Reclaim 0.0103704 SOL. This is rent being returned from closed empty accounts.
  5. Close selected accounts.Tap Close beside individual accounts, or use Close all accounts if you want to clean everything listed.
  6. Confirm in Solflare.Review the transaction prompt and approve it. After confirmation, the reclaimed SOL returns to your wallet balance.
Important: only close accounts listed as empty. If a token still has balance, sell, send, or keep it first. Never enter your seed phrase into any external reclaim site.
Recommended for trading Create a fresh dedicated wallet for automated trading. Do not use a wallet that stores your long-term holdings or important NFTs.
  1. Install Solflare.Download Solflare from the official iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Avoid unofficial APK files or random download links.
  2. Create a new wallet.Open Solflare and choose Create a New Wallet or Create wallet.
  3. Save the recovery phrase.Write the recovery phrase on paper and keep it offline. Never send it to support, Telegram, Discord, or any website.
  4. Confirm the phrase.Solflare may ask you to select words from the phrase to confirm that you saved it correctly.
  5. Create your passcode.Set a wallet passcode or biometric unlock. This protects the app on your phone, but the recovery phrase is still the real backup.
  6. Copy your Solana address. After the wallet is created, copy your Solana receive address. Use this address when sending SOL into the wallet.
Security tip: for bot trading, use a separate wallet with limited funds. Keep your main wallet and long-term assets separate.
